IICL is offering a one-day Refrigerated Inspection & Repair Training Course on Wednesday, 12 March 2025 in Livorno, Italy.

Course Fee: US $500
Course fee includes the DIGITAL protected copy of the reefer manual – the manual will be sent via email to the participants. Can only be accessed in one device ( computer/phone/tablet).

Course Duration: 1 Day.

IICL Registration for the 1st Refrigerated Container Course in Livorno, Italy Now Open.

IICL will be conducting a training course on Refrigerated Containers on March 12 in Livorno at depot Contrepair. The event is contingent to a minimum number of participants. Registrations are limited, if you are interested in participating, please register as soon as possible.

The course will be delivered in Italian and will take a full day. Classroom and field practices are planned. Here is the summary of the agenda for this special event:

4. Introduction to the IICL Reefer manual

5. Purpose of the IICL Inspection and repair manual.

6. How to measure and IICL - ISO/CEDEX codes.

7. Foam – how it works and how to check the density.

8. IICL machinery standards.

9. Review of Reefer manual tables.

10. Review of repair limitations.

11. Structural Inspection and repairs – hands-on.

12. Foaming demonstration – hands-on.

13. Observe repairs being performed.

14. Pre-Trip Inspections - Auto 1 / Auto 2.

15. Data download demonstration.

16. Refrigerant – new restrictions, trends & halide test.

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance and an exclusive digital copy of the manual in a secure file (access restricted to one device, no printing or screen copying) 

The training course will be given in Italian with a limited seating – up to 20 participants.  Therefore, early registrations are highly encouraged to ensure seating is reserved.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be given for any cancellation received by 26 February 2025, less a $100 cancellation fee. After this date, no refunds will be given, but alternate attendees may be designated at no charge.

No refunds are given for any travel arrangements made by participants (hotel, transportation, etc.).
